Lovely beachfront apartment with large terrace

The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Totally new apartment (built 2018) 55 square meters in a two floor villa. Based on the first level just few steps from the garden. Includes a roomy bedroom with a double bed, storage and mountain view. A spacey bathroom with washing machine. A great living room with TV and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer also. Living room sleeps 2 person in a sofa which converts to a double bed. Living room has great sea view and a veranda to the green garden.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Renovated first-floor home, with 3 rooms, in a lovely garden with olive trees. Outdoor table and BBQ, shower and lawn for games. Perfect for young children, quiet, property can be secured and main street is 100 meters away. Within walking distance from the sea. Landlady with her assistant lives on the ground floor. Famous Karydi beach 10 minutes by car or you can use our 2 bicycles.
