Highly rated accommodation in a nice residential area about 10 mins walk from Worthing Railway station. Approx 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Studio is well furnished with double bed, fold out bed (extra charge), 2 seater sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. Laundry facilities are available and can be accessed subject to prior arrangement with Peter or Lisa.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Lovely Annexe near the Beach, in Central Worthing.

A lovely seaside ground floor Annexe, a stones throw from the Beach, Splash Point and Restaurants in Central Sunny Worthing. The Annexe has a bright open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a lovely sofa and flat screen television. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and flat screen TV. The family sized Bathroom has everything you need and huge fluffy towels. For parking your car, there is one dedicated space on the driveway allocated for guests. Also a Nespresso machine.
