The bright, quiet 90sqm apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 sleeping rooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating (+grill) . Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post car/ship) and lakeside promenade.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. Idyllically located apartment 20 meters from the lake

Welcome to our pretty 2 1/2-room apartment in Ermatingen, 20 Met. from Lake Constance away. We have been renting it for 14 years. The living space of the apartment is about 65 square meters and is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Highlight: Completely new kitchen from March, 2019 with dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, large fridge with freezer. We speak german, Italian, french, english Looking forward to your inquiry!

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
